Your tasks: 
  • Support in overall ERP maintenance tasks 
    • Ongoing maintenance-support of the CoA (Chart of Accounts) structures (GL accounts, cost centres, company codes, trading partners, project codes, reference codes, product lines, geography considering the relevant validation rules, etc.) – running status-reports, analysing differences/exceptions 
    • Ongoing maintenance-support of INNIO’s account reconciliation tool (ARCS) – running status-reports, analysing differences/exceptions 
    • Reporting on manual journal entries 
  • Support in project management tasks 
    • Support in status-reporting of the running projects 
    • Support in liaising with stakeholders, project-participants – reminders on deliverables, setting up meetings 
  • Support in UAM (user access management) tasks 
    • Support in annual SOD-review task by downloading and analysing reports 
    • Support in liaising with users in access-rights related topics – gathering and summarizing responses, following up on open questions 

 

Your profile:

  • Ongoing university Studies in management with a focus on finance and accounting
  • Ability to work minimum 25-30 hours/week
  • Strong written and spoken English knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
