Your tasks:
- Support in overall ERP maintenance tasks
- Ongoing maintenance-support of the CoA (Chart of Accounts) structures (GL accounts, cost centres, company codes, trading partners, project codes, reference codes, product lines, geography considering the relevant validation rules, etc.) – running status-reports, analysing differences/exceptions
- Ongoing maintenance-support of INNIO’s account reconciliation tool (ARCS) – running status-reports, analysing differences/exceptions
- Reporting on manual journal entries
- Support in project management tasks
- Support in status-reporting of the running projects
- Support in liaising with stakeholders, project-participants – reminders on deliverables, setting up meetings
- Support in UAM (user access management) tasks
- Support in annual SOD-review task by downloading and analysing reports
- Support in liaising with users in access-rights related topics – gathering and summarizing responses, following up on open questions
Your profile:
- Ongoing university Studies in management with a focus on finance and accounting
- Ability to work minimum 25-30 hours/week
- Strong written and spoken English knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
